1. All clips you put on sale on IMFCLIPS.COM belongs to you with all the copyright.
2. You have collected model release agreements from all the models working in the clips uploaded by you.
3. You have all the right to sell the clips uploaded by you.
4. You will be responsible for any copyright claims or model related issues that might occur in future.
