- How will i get clip after purchase ?
- You will get link to download your clips in your email immediately after payment, also you can download it from my account section of our website if you have choose to create account during order process.
- Please keep your downloaded files in safe place as its not possible for us to send links of orders over 2 months old.
- How to purchase videos ?
- Add videos you like to cart and checkout using preferred method
- Once you pay you will get link to videos you purchased in your email.
- Indian customers either choose ccbill or WhatsApp checkout options
- All other countries customers can pay via ccbill option.
- Can I pay in indian rupees or any other currencies than US Dollars ?
- You can proceed through CCBill in US Dollars it will be debited from your own currency during checkout.Â
- I downloaded the file but its not working
- First of all you need to check if you dont have broken download. Check clip details page of clip you purchased and check file size. Does your download have full size which is mentioned on product page. If yes than download vlc player from https://www.videolan.org/vlc/index.html and open file with vlc player
- I have not received link after payment
- Please drop an email at care@imfclips.com and we will send you links manually ASAP.
- I am not able to download file.
- This is your device specific error. Try downloading it from different computer. If you are using mobile to download file and having issues we cant help you with that as that is nothing to do with our system. More than 1000 customers are happily downloading files from our server and its working simply fine. Still you can write to us we might be able to generate alternate link for you but it will take time and its our complimentary service we are not bound to provide it so try to understand it takes time to upload file on another server for you and send you link.
